World Record Attempt

We are counting on you! Literally!

Show your support and be part of a one-of-a-kind event, as the 2nd Annual Finger Lakes Music & Wine Festival, hosted at the shores of beautiful Seneca Lake in Geneva, New York, will set the stage for the largest wine tasting event in the world.

On Saturday, August 18, the Finger Lakes Music & Wine Festival will attempt to break the current world record for the largest wine tasting event, which was set on September 15, 2006 at the Plaza de Toros in Aranda de Duero, Spain. The current record is 5,095 wine tasting participants.

Home to more than 100 wineries, the Finger Lakes Region has a rich history rooted in a wine-growing culture, which spans over a century. Here, in this exceptional climate, vineyards expertly cultivate world-class grapes and produce exceptional vintages. At this year’s Finger Lakes Music & Wine Festival wineries from all across the region are coming together to confidently showcase their superb wines, and together with thousands of wine lovers, will put the region, its viticulture, and Finger Lakes wines on the world map.
